2. Flexible Return Options:
   • Self-Return: You may arrange your own shipping and transportation.
   • Scheduled Pickup via Local Logistic Partner: For a hassle-free experience, we can arrange a pickup through our local logistic partners for a flat fee of $250. No need to pack or transport the item yourself—this solution is more affordable than self-return shipping costs.
3. Pickup and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued within 2-5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We understand that you may want to exchange an item for a different color, size, or model. For exchanges, follow this process:

1. Return the Original Item: Initiate the return process as outlined above.
2. Place a New Order: After returning the original item, place a new order for the item you prefer. Note: If your order qualified for free shipping, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items
